An Introduction
We have built this site as a public service ( we sell nothing here ) to share our experiences after a car accident. In our case, justice has not been done yet. We hope that by sharing this story, others will be able to avoid similar problems.
I am not a famous person like the people who started the #MeToo Movements, and my experience that I would like to share here is not sexually related. My experience is related to No Justice, and Prejudice after my daughter and I were involved in a car accident in 2015. This experience involves men and women who were supposed to do their jobs, follow the law, and bring the truth out, but failed us.
As a result of this car accident, my daughter and I developed Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and depression. After more than three years of treatment and counselling our health is still not the same as it was prior to the event.
We, the victims, were seen as the perpetrators, while the perpetrator was seen as the victim.
The main purpose of this website is to share factual, documented information with others on social media so that readers can understand the problems we faced seeking justice.
Some of the key players in this drama are: Sharon Scheller, Loveland Police officer Justin Lorenzen, Colorado Farm Bureau Insurance, attorney Ashley Hernandez-Schlagel, Dr. David Zierk, Psy D., and the Loveland City Council.
We also invite other people who have suffered serious consequences in their lives because of similar unethical behavior, incompetence, dishonesty, and prejudice against people with or without an accent, who are seen as foreigners who can be dismissed, to share their experiences.
The goal of this website is to bring to light what can happen when people in the legal system use unjust or unprofessional methods.
The only way we can make society better and educate people is to stand up for the truth, refuse to get intimidated, and move forward.
