The case was appealed based on some legal technicalities of evidence presentation, but the appeal was denied.

We sent a Letter of Complaint to DORA ( see full copy below ), and DORA sent a Letter of Admonition to Dr. Zierk, warning him not to repeat such practices.

We sent a Letter of Complaint to the Loveland Chief of Police, and to the nine members of the Loveland City Council ( see full copy below ).  After some investigation over a lengthy period of time we finally got what is essentially a form letter admitting nothing and stating that “we always seek the opportunity to improve upon our processes and policies.”  We never got any further information on that.  As far was we know, no improvements were made.

We sent a letter to Colorado Farm Bureau ( see full copy below ) informing them of the two Letters of Complaint listed above.  We got no reply from CFBI.

Having registered our complaints regarding specific player in the case, we turned our attention to informing people on social media of our experience to help them avoid such problems in their life.
